The Roommate Movie Review

I can’t give a completely accurate movie review to “The Roommate” since I only saw about 30 minutes of it. But you see, from the beginning it was lousy. The acting was puke material and really in retrospect “I have, indeed seen this movie before…”

The Roommate is a remake of the 90’s Psychological Thriller: “Single White Female,” with Bridgete Fonda and Jennifer Jason Lee. Only “The Roommate” must be the most terrible remake this year. Skip this movie and just watch: Single White Female, it’s not the best movie ever, but it’s always a pleasure watching Jennifer Jason Lee acting like a complete psycho. The Roommate: 1.5/5.

Belated Marley And Me Movie Review

Just last weekend I had the pleasure of watching: “Marley And Me,” courtesy of my kids’ good taste. We still haven’t graduated to NetFlix and enjoy going to Blockbuster and picking out movies together. It makes for a nice family outing. I go for the bizarre and offbeat and my children go for old cartoon shows and Fantasy movies, which I enjoy as well. Much to my dismay my youngest picked “Marley And Me” with Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson.

I wasn’t sure at first if it would be appropriate and found it hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson were in movie about a destructive puppy. But the cover did say it was a Family Film and was rated PG. So, I decided to go on a whim and buy the movie and if it turned out inappropriate I would just turn it off.

We got home and began to watch the movie. It was outlandishly awesome. I just couldn’t believe how much I was enjoying a movie about a wreck less puppy. My kids actually got bored and I continued watching it, falling in love with it more and more.

It’s a touching, heart warming, sad and funny movie about love and family, work, kids, pets, bosses, etc. I think all kinds of people will enjoy. The movie wasn’t just about “Marley,” the crazy pup, it was about their owners who happened to be the coolest couple ever.

Needless, to say I think it’s Jennifer Aniston’s best work since “The Good Girl” and Owen Wilson was great as usual (he’s a pretty funny dude), but “Marley And Me,” definitely was one of his best films to date.

Mark Wahlberg Quits Pot For His Children

Mark Wahlberg really has it going on. He’s an amazing actor that’s been in some really awesome films. He’s gorgeous and if that wasn’t enough he’s an exceptional father to his four children. He recently confided that he quit smoking pot for his children after his daughter told him he smelled funny. Since then he made a vow to not ever smoke pot again. He wants to set a good example for all 4 of his kids. He’s absolutely admirable and so very gorgeous!

Lindsay Lohan Wears White Dress To Court

Lindsay Lohan rocked a white dress to court yesterday. Sources say she wore white to symbolically represent her innocence. I guess it’s  a “Like A Virgin,” sort of deal. She did look very pretty and she might be getting off this latest scandal without having to do any time.

She insists that it’s a big misunderstanding and that she only borrowed the $2,500 necklace and in no way was she stealing. I mean, seriously, she has things that are much more expensive and she was able to afford her bail of $20,000. Why would she steal the dumb necklace?

Linsday Lohan Is Innocent!

Yesterday afternoon Lindsay Lohan was taken under custody after her hearing about the supposedly stolen 2,500K necklace, until her $20,000 bail was posted. An expert says that she may get away with this Scot free, however she is facing 3 years in State Prison.

The expert says the only thing really working against her is the violation of probation, which may be the biggest issue she’s facing as of now.
